    If your skincare items arrive compromised, contact us within 48 hours with photos. You’re eligible for a full or partial refund or a complimentary replacement, whichever you prefer.
  • Lost in Transit
    If your package is declared lost, a full refund will be issued—no questions asked.
    If it arrives later, please keep it as a gift from us.
  • Not Delivered Within 30 Days
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, we’ll issue a full refund.
    And if it arrives afterward, it’s yours to enjoy—on us.
